I acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in Taekwondo training at American Martial Arts Academy. I understand that martial arts involve physical activity, which carries inherent risks, including but not limited to sprains, fractures, cuts, bruises, concussions, or other serious injuries.
I hereby assume all risks associated with my participation and agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless American Martial Arts Academy, its instructors, staff, affiliates, and representatives from any and all liability, claims, or demands arising out of any injuries, losses, or damages incurred during training, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
