Tiny Warriors (4-6)
Tiny warriors classes are designed to help our young children develop a physical and mental foundation to learn higher martial arts later. Our goal is to improve gross motor skills, focus, balance, coordination and competitiveness through simple, dynamic and safe training. We disguise essential movements and self-defense concepts in fun drills and games.
Taekwon Kids (7-11)
Action Adults (18 & up)
Our adult classes are designed to build a community of martial art enthusiast continue to train in Martial Arts. Either our students are new to the discipline or have been practicing for a year. The class is designed for all levels. The curriculum is designed for an adult to improve physical fitness through the dynamic training of traditional art of martial arts.
