Kids can start at 3½ in our Tiny Warriors class (ages 3½–6). Kids Taekwondo is for ages 7–12, and we also have classes for teens and adults.

Comfortable athletic clothes like a t-shirt and shorts or sweatpants. Taekwondo is trained barefoot, so no shoes needed on the mat. Bring a water bottle.

No. Most students start with no martial arts experience. Every class follows the same belt curriculum, so beginners learn the basics step by step.
Yes. Our Teens & Adults classes are open to any age and fitness level, and many parents train alongside their kids.

Yes. The AMAA Learning Center picks students up from Simi Valley schools every school day, including Vista and Hollow Hills. Routes can change, so call to confirm your child's school.
The Learning Center after-school program is for grades K–12. Students get homework time plus a daily Taekwondo class.
Yes. We run camps during summer, winter break and spring break, with Taekwondo, academics, swimming and field trips. See our Camps page for details.

Belt tests happen every quarter, in March, June, September and December. Instructors let students know when they're ready to test.
Yes. We host kids birthday parties with games and a fun intro to Taekwondo. Call us to check which dates are open.
Modern Day Knights, our competition team, is by invitation. Instructors invite students who show the skill and commitment for tournament training.
We're open Monday through Friday from 11 am to 7:30 pm, and Saturday from 8:30 am to 1 pm.
